The content, graphics and other materials related to the Daily Muse Art prints are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights.

Permitted sales and uses:

You are free to trade, or sell, or use genuine Daily Muse Art prints through your gallery or store, or through any website you own or control, at prices established in the ordinary course of business and in your sole discretion.

Transfer of Daily Muse Art images to a different medium, such as canvas, wood, acrylic, glass, or metal, or any other medium without the express written permission, is strictly prohibited. No Daily Muse image may not be advertised for sale as a product on a medium other than what it was printed and sold by Daily Muse Art.

Payment terms:

1. Payment shall be made in US dollars.
2. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

Orders:

1. Orders may be placed at DailyMuseArt.com or other social media platforms.
2. There is no minimum order.
3. Orders are printed upon demand. Ships within 3 days of order

Shipping

All products shipped within the US are shipped via Standard USPS (approximately 2-8 business days).  International shipping will incur additional charges.

Production, and Turnaround Time:

Add an additional 2-3 days for holiday production times.

Damages and Replacements:

1. We do not accept product returns for credit.
2. We will gladly replace defective or incorrect products.
3. All claims for damages or replacement must be submitted to us within 3 business days from receipt of shipment: orders@dailymuseart.com
